Hi Friend
You've probably never heard the word, Tavernacle.
Neither had I until it popped into my head a few years ago. While praying the word came with a vision, of church.
Not stained glass, wooden pews and steeple. But dance floor, bar stool, beer sign and people.

Tavernacle
Taking church to the tavern.
"Billy Graham of the bar room"
Many will never darken the door of a church, unless...
it’s in a saloon.
Church :
it’s in a saloon.
Church :
"And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers" Acts 2:42 KJV
"And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Acts 2:46"Acts 2:46 KJV
“And the Tavernacles are daily with one accord breaking bread with gladness and singleness of heart.” TavernActs 5:05 PM
Tabernacle:

The Parable of the Lost Sheep
Then all the tax collectors and the sinners drew near to Him to hear Him. 2 And the Pharisees and scribes complained, saying, “This Man receives sinners and eats with them.” 3 So He spoke this parable to them, saying:
4 “What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? 5 And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’ 7 I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.
Luke 15: 1-7
Jesus having church
Now it happened, as Jesus sat at the table in the house, that behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and sat down with Him and His disciples. And when the Pharisees saw it, they said to His disciples, “Why does your Teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?”
When Jesus heard that, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

Our Vision...
We see Tavernacle services held each week in taverns, bars, saloons and the like all around the world.
A ministry team will hold a non-denominational service geared toward evangelism. (Saturday mid morning is a good time – folks are off work, the bar is slow or closed)
The goal is simple: To reach an un-churched people group hiding in plain-sight all around us.
We encourage new believers to commit to a local Christian Church and will aid in this effort. However, we do not promote a specific church or denomination.
Purpose
The purpose, the reason, the why :
Because I’m the wretch they sing about.
I once was lost but now am found, was blind, but now I see.
Amazing Grace Lyrics
John Newton (1725-1807)
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.
T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear.
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear
The hour I first believed.
Through many dangers, toils and snares
I have already come;
'Tis Grace that brought me safe thus far
and Grace will lead me home.
The Lord has promised good to me.
His word my hope secures.
He will my shield and portion be,
As long as life endures.
Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail,
And mortal life shall cease,
I shall possess within the veil,
A life of joy and peace.
When we've been here ten thousand years
Bright shining as the sun.
We've no less days to sing God's praise
Than when we've first begun.
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.

We believe...
John 3:16-17
"For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten ([a]unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.
For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him.
(Amplified)
Jesus loves me this I know for the Bible tells me so.
